You will speak with prospects who have already shown interest in Sage, understand their priorities, uncover business needs and connect them with the right Sales expert.
This is not an administrative lead-qualification role. You will own meaningful conversations, make sound commercial decisions and play a direct part in creating new customer opportunities.
What you will do:
Respond quickly to inbound interest by phone, email and digital channels
Speak with business owners and decision-makers across different industries
Understand their current way of working, goals, challenges and buying criteria
Ask strong questions, listen carefully and identify genuine business needs
Qualify opportunities and prepare clear, useful context for Account Executives




Follow up with prospects consistently throughout the qualification process
Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Business Development
Keep Salesforce records accurate and useful
Use data, technology and AI tools to prepare conversations, research accounts and personalise engagement
Share ideas to improve messaging, conversion and the prospect experience
