Experteer Overview As a Process Manager, you will steer IT processes from ITIL to Agile within modern Cloud IT Operations.

You will act as the technical liaison for Data Center technicians, coordinate vendors, and keep real-time incident and task tracking via Jira Service Management.

You’ll continuously update SOPs in Confluence and ensure compliant security reporting for hardware replacements.

You will shape and communicate processes, automate workflows, and drive improvements across the process landscape in a collaborative environment.
