The Role
As a part of our Accounts Receivable operations at Kyndryl, you will take ownership of the resolution process for receivables issues. Your day-to-day will involve not just the collection of outstanding amounts but a meticulous handling of transactions and processing requirements. With your eye for detail and robust research skills,



you will work to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales productivity by resolving any hiccups swiftly and effectively.
Your role extends beyond collections; you will be actively involved in maintaining up-to-date and detailed customer records, including contact points and addresses. Record-keeping will be crucial as you document all communications related to invoice payments and manage disputes from identification to resolution. Insights gathered from these interactions will allow you to continually update customer data, shedding light on payment trends and ongoing issues that could impact our business relationships.
