Our client is a recruitment consultancy specialising in IT, Finance, HR, and Digital Technology. We are currently looking for a Software Test Analyst / QA Specialist with experience in both manual and automated testing to support the validation, quality assurance, and functional verification of solutions within a remote project environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and validating test cases, testing end-to-end workflows and business processes, verifying calculations and business rules, and identifying, documenting, and tracking defects. The role also involves analysing test results and reporting findings to ensure the reliability, functionality, and overall quality of the solutions delivered.

Working closely with both business and technical stakeholders, the consultant will help clarify requirements, support issue resolution,



and contribute to the planning and execution of testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Experience validating end-to-end workflows and business processes.
- Ability to verify calculations, business rules, and functional requirements.
- Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking defects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Good working level of English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote project environment.
