Overview

As a Mainframe Developer at Accenture, you will contribute to the development, support, and modernization of critical mainframe applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust mainframe solutions. You’ll work across batch and online processes, handle production incidents, and participate in ongoing evolution initiatives. Responsabilidades

- Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2
- Work on both Batch and Online development processes
- Develop and execute SQL queries within Mainframe environments
- Provide support and maintenance for business-critical applications




- Manage and resolve production incidents, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Participate in application development, maintenance and evolution initiatives
- Work with Control-M or equivalent process scheduling tools
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the software lifecycle
- Contribute to technical discussions, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requisitos principales

- 2+ years of experience in Mainframe development
- Experience with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and SQL
- Experience with Batch and Online development
- Experience supporting and maintaining critical applications
- Experience managing production incidents
- Previous participation in development and technology evolution projects
- Experience in banking or financial environments
