Overview As a Principal Software Engineer, you will lead the design and evolution of the Data Governance Platform with a strong emphasis on Collibra and platform integrations. You will mentor engineering teams, shape solution design, and drive scalable, metadata-driven automation across the enterprise. You’ll work closely with product owners and platform teams to deliver on governance initiatives that enable trusted, AI-ready data. This is a technically hands-on leadership role with impact across data, AI, and integration ecosystems. and platform evolution Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Platform Teams to deliver roadmap initiatives Requisitos principales Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 5-6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Technical Consulting, Developer Enablement, or similar role Strong experience in software engineering, solution design, and technical leadership in enterprise environments Experience designing and implementing enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, and event-driven architectures Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Dev Ops, automation, and modern delivery approaches Experience with cloud-native architectures and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS or similar Knowledge of Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Catalog, Data Quality;
Collibra experience highly desirable Experience in Data Engineering, metadata automation, and enterprise data integration Proven ability to collaborate with and manage external development partners and cross-functional stakeholders Strong influencing and communication skills to drive technical direction across teams Experience in large-scale, regulated enterprise environments is a plus collaboration communication influencing Collibra Data Governance Metadata Management
