Overview In this role you will own end-to-end analytics for vendor invoicing, ensuring accuracy and controllership while identifying opportunities to cut costs and improve processes. You will build dashboards, automate workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven improvements at scale. You’ll balance quality, speed, and cost to support Amazon’s Translation Services Operations globally. This role offers hands-on impact in a dynamic, international environment with a focus on scalable solutions and continuous optimization. You will be at the forefront of translating data into actionable changes that benefit vendors and customers alike. Responsabilidades Own and monitor end-to-end invoicing metrics, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities and implementing solutions Design, build, and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards ensuring financial accuracy and process compliance Leverage data to propose business improvements, including vendor selection, workflow redesigns,



and cost structure optimization Proactively identify automation and process simplification opportunities, leveraging AI/ML and driving implementation Conduct root cause analyses on process failures and develop scalable preventive solutions Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and implement improvements Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools Experience in business or financial analysis Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights Experience with Excel Experience with SQL Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written collaborative data-driven strong communication Tableau Quicksight Excel
