Following sustained growth, they are looking to appoint an Underwriting Director to lead their tax insurance class outside the Americas.

This is a step up from running a book to owning a class. You will take full responsibility for it across the international territory: setting its vision and strategy, answering for its results, and securing the buy-in of the capacity behind it. You will also build the team and the underwriting capability needed to grow it across a broad and varied territory.

We're keen to speak with experienced tax insurance underwriters who are ready to lead a class rather than a book.



You'll bring deep technical judgement on complex domestic and cross-border tax positions, and the appetite to develop people and capability, not just premium. A

The package comprises a base salary of £/€180,000-220,000, plus bonus and short- and long-term incentives
