We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join Nebius Academy’s B2B Curriculum team for an initial three-month project, with the possibility of extension.
You will design and adapt practical learning programs for corporate clients, with a strong focus on technical content: agentic AI development, learning experiences for software developers, and other complex technical skills. You will work with subject-matter experts to turn business needs into clear learning paths, hands-on practice, and assessments.
This is a full-time, remote engagement under a service agreement. The initial contract is for three months.



Any extension will depend on the team’s plans and business needs.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development of new B2B courses, from learning needs analysis and high-level design to final course documentation, in collaboration with Product Managers and subject-matter experts.
• Build course Skill Trees and map learning outcomes across the course, modules, and individual lessons.
• Create educational content, practice exercises, assessments, and learning aids based on materials provided by subject-matter experts.
• Prepare clear briefs for designers and video editors, and develop outlines and facilitator materials for workshops, seminars, and other live formats.
• Analyze each client’s learning needs, business goals, workflows, tools, operational constraints, and learner profiles together with Product Managers and client stakeholders.
