- Handling the direct sales of optical products, frames, and related accessories.
- Providing personalized guidance and advising patients on appropriate visual aids.
- Receiving incoming merchandise and conducting thorough product inventory control.
- Ensuring the shop floor and product displays remain organized, welcoming, and properly stocked.

you should have a solid foundation in customer care and retail support.

The role requires the following qualifications:

- Completed secondary education (ESO or equivalent educational level).
- Demonstrable previous experience in customer service or retail assistance.
- Professional interest in optical retail, with specific training or coursework related to the optical sector being highly valued.
- Flexibility and commitment to collaborative teamwork.

You will receive:

- A permanent contract (contrato fijo).
- A gross annual salary of 17,489 EUR paid across 12 monthly installments.
- Additional bi-monthly performance incentives.
- Working hours organized from Monday to Saturday on rotating shifts.
