In this position, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality social services, directly assisting individuals and managing vital support programmes across the local community.

In your day-to-day work, you will handle direct user support and coordinate essential welfare services for a home care and business auxiliary services provider. Your main responsibilities include:

- Providing direct attention and personalised guidance to individuals and families requiring home care assistance.
- Carrying out thorough dependency assessments to evaluate the specific care needs of service users.
- Managing community resources and coordinating social support measures efficiently.
- Drafting comprehensive social reports and maintaining accurate case documentation.

To be successful in this position, you should bring solid social care knowledge, strong interpersonal skills,



and a structured approach to administrative tasks. The essential and valued requirements are:

- Essential: Vocational training qualification in the social sector (FP rama social).
- Essential: Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish (Castilian).
- Essential: Intermediate computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office tools.
- Valued: A university degree in Social Work (Grado en Trabajo Social).
- Valued: Previous professional experience in a similar social care or dependency management role.
- Valued: Good working knowledge of Catalan and English.

This role offers a permanent employment contract (contrato fijo) within the private health and care sector in Palma. You will work a stable morning schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9:30 and 13:30, offering you an excellent work-life balance on the island. Remuneration is established in accordance with the official Balearic Islands Home Care Collective Agreement (convenio servicio ayuda a domicilio IB).
