This position is a full-time temporary contract established to cover a maternity leave, giving you the chance to make an immediate, positive impact on individuals and groups across the local community in Palma.

Key Responsibilities

- Carrying out comprehensive social and relational assessments of service users to understand their specific contexts and needs.
- Planning, designing, executing, and evaluating targeted social skills training sessions, both in group settings and through individual one-on-one interventions.
- Developing structured intervention plans focused on enhancing social relationships, personal autonomy, and community participation.




- Continuously assessing the progress of intervention programs and adjusting methodologies to ensure effective outcomes for all participants.

Qualifications and Experience

- A recognized University Degree in Social Education (Grado en Educación Social).
- A minimum of 12 months of verified professional experience working in a social educator position.
- A valid type B driving licence along with your own car to ensure required mobility.
- Strong commitment to sociocultural intervention, excellent interpersonal communication, and a structured, empathetic working approach.

Working Conditions

- Contract type: Temporary employment contract (maternity leave coverage).
- Schedule: Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 16:00, and Fridays from 8:00 to 14:30.
- Compensation: A gross annual salary of 27,174 EUR.
- Location: Palma, Mallorca.
