Responsibilities- Actively contributing to the company's organizational design and structure.- Defining and executing the organizational improvement strategy, aligned with the company's business, technology, and departmental objectives.- Providing methodological support for both strategic and tactical planning.- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across Business functions (Sales, Risk, Finance, etc.) and Product & Technology.- Embedding Lean-Agile principles across the organization and coaching teams on their practical application.- Defining and providing area-specific metrics to Heads and teams, enabling effective iteration planning and roadmap prioritization based on team capacity.- Partnering with the Talent & Culture team and the Leadership Team to evolve the company culture, increase team autonomy, and foster cross-functional collaboration.- Facilitating team workshops and sessions when needed, including ideation, solution design, planning, retrospectives, conflict resolution,



and continuous improvement initiatives.- Promoting transparent communication and ensuring information is accessible across the organization.- Defining, tracking, and measuring the impact of organizational improvement initiatives through relevant KPIs.Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or as an Organizational Consultant.- Proven experience partnering with C-level executives and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization.- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment.- Strong understanding of product development in complex organizational environments.- Hands‑on experience with Lean-Agile frameworks at scale, such as Nexus, LeSS, Spotify Model, or similar.- Strong systems thinking capabilities, with experience analyzing organizational dynamics and designing effective solutions.- Experience leading change management initiatives, using frameworks such as ADKAR or simi
