Onboarding Specialist & Delivery Assistant, LHH CTM

This position is to fill a dual role within our organization. The primary focus of this position is Engagement, which involves activating and onboarding career transition programs for candidates from diverse companies. Additionally, the role will entail providing support for ICEO delivery activities. The percentage allocation for each role is based on business needs and presente data, and it may be subject to adaptation or change to align with the evolving demands of the business. The individual in this role may also take on additional responsibilities as assigned by their direct reports.

Reporting Relationships:
• Engagement: Direct report will be the Engagement Manager of DACH & BNP cluster, which is part of the Global team for Engagement.

• Delivery: Direct report will be to the Director of Cand. & Cons. Experience CT&M; and LD (DACH BNP)

• Support and conduct Care/Info session, if necessary, on site or digitally
• Acting as a liaison between LHH, candidate, and consultant
