We're now looking for a Head of Partnerships, Spain to help us build, scale, and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth and strengthen Safeguard Integral's presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Identify and develop new partnerships that align with Safeguard Global's strategic growth goals.
Build and nurture long‐term relationships with key partners — from HR Tech platforms and consultants to payroll providers and private equity networks.
Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation through activation, enablement, and performance optimization.
Localize partnership strategies for key markets, adapting to regional buyer behaviors and business dynamics.
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying insights to refine strategy and maximize ROI.




Proven experience in partnership management, channel development, or business development in Southern Europe.
Experience in one of the following areas would be advantageous – HR Tech, B2B SaaS, Ecommerce, Recruitment, payroll or global services environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Fluent in English and Spanish
Entrepreneurial spirit with curiosity, drive, and commercial acumen.
