The Role As a Consultant in our General Medical Consulting practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.
You will have the opportunity to drive operational excellence in our Vault Medical suite – from shaping the medical content operating model to supporting broader Medical Affairs initiatives involving key offerings like Link and CRM. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Product, Strategy, and Marketing to help our medical customers get the most out of Vault Medical, optimizing their processes so they can work more efficiently.
Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions
Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva's unique data and software insights
Mentor and manage Associate Consultants,



overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream
Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation
Experience: 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
Proven expertise in Medical Affairs Operating Models, Medical Content Strategy, Medical Communications
Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
