The Payroll Specialist will be focused on executing complex processes associated with the payroll operations. This role will be responsible for supporting the payroll operations in the compilation and uploading of complex data inputs, reviewing data inputs prior to the processing of payroll and reconciling payroll outputs to ensure accurate and compliant payrolls across the assigned markets. Finally, The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for serving as an agent of change to transform current payroll operations to achieve the target service delivery model.
They will work closely with business partners in understanding requested changes and submitting them to the payroll vendors, testing results and migrating to production.
