Monitor account performance, including Monthly Recurring Revenue, Net Retention Rate, customer health, and engagement. Negotiate and close commercial agreements while achieving renewal, retention, and growth targets. Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives designed to improve the customer experience and increase recurring revenue.
Fluency in French. Strong strategic account management and relationship-building skills. The ability to engage confidently with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
