Job DescriptionA position as a Supply Chain and Quality Manager (SCQM) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Tablada (Sevilla). The successful applicant will join the Supply Chain and Quality department in the Composite and Metallic Detail Parts team as part of the Procurement Organization. MissionThe SCQM Leads the End-to-End Supply Chain Operations and Quality Management and acts as Supply Chain Industrial, Operations and Quality leader for all the suppliers under the applicable scope. ResponsibilitiesRepresent Airbus Defence and Space in front of SuppliersEnsure the Industrial Maturity and Quality / Operational performance of Suppliers.
Represent procurement organization in the associated Multi-Functional Team and in front of Authorities during Audits and Assessments.
Lead the deployment of Airbus DS Quality and Supply Chain requirements in suppliers and for the main ADS programs.
The SCQM is in charge and/or participates in:- Call For Tender process from the Operational and Quality points of view.- New Products Introduction, Transfer of Work, Industrial Changes,



Modifications, Assessments- APQP deployment in suppliers- Risk & Opportunities Management- Management of Quality Escapes and all type of non-conformities, leading all the associated activities with internal and external stakeholders- Leading the root case analysis and associated actions plans from both a corrective and preventative point of view.
Qualifications and CertificationsFirst Article Inspection Supplier Performance & Surveillance Deployment of Procurement Tools in the supplierSkillsEducated to degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.
Negotiation level communication skills in English and Spanish is required.
At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Quality or/and in Supply ChainRigorous, autonomous, customer-oriented mind-set and ability to prioritise workload.
