We are seeking a versatile and proactive Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing and communication initiatives across the Straumann Enterprise Solutions business.
This role combines digital marketing, internal and external communications, campaign coordination, and content development to help strengthen brand visibility, audience engagement, and commercial impact. You will combine strategic thinking with effective execution, helping strengthen brand visibility, engage key audiences and support commercial objectives across multiple channels.

Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across email, web, social media,



and CRM channels.
Manage and optimize digital campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and channel deployment across stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and website metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
Lead CRM and marketing automation activities, including email automation and audience segmentation.
Partner with regional and integral teams to ensure alignment and consistency across digital initiatives.
Communications
Develop and execute internal and external communication plans aligned with business priorities.
Develop the omnichannel and communication strategy and roadmap
Develop and adapt marketing and communication content for all channels & campaigns
Coordinate content creation in collaboration with subject matter experts, commercial teams, and external partners.
