Задачи

- Own end-to-end delivery of backend services for product features, from requirements through production, ensuring quality and customer value
- Coordinate with product and technical teams to manage dependencies, identify risks early, and drive initiatives to completion
- Introduce structure and visibility to product work
- Propose solutions that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and timelines
- Work with the Product Owner and technical team to support sound decisions
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decide when to optimize and when to ship
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers by owning features together and modeling thoughtful, focused engineering
- Collaborate with the tech lead and bring a different perspective to help the team raise its standards
- Collaborate across the organization and foster clear communication and mutual respect

Требования

- 10+ Years of professional backend development experience, including at least 4 years working at a senior level
- Experience shipping multiple products and working across different team structures and company cultures




- Customer-focused product mindset and ability to distinguish technical perfection from customer value
- Solid proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL databases
- Understanding of modern backend architecture and ability to make informed technical decisions
- Clear communication with Product Owners, engineers, and management; ability to surface blockers proactively, manage dependencies, and align people around shared goals
- Ownership of outcomes, timelines, dependencies, and risks; ability to communicate progress and deliver results
- Strong technical judgment and shipping track record; ability to contribute to architecture without being dogmatic
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and independently identify and complete necessary work
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
