In your daily work as a Payroll and Social Security Specialist, you will oversee all aspects of labor advisory and administrative procedures for your assigned clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the complete labor lifecycle for client employees, including registrations, affiliations, and contract processing.
- Preparing, reviewing, and calculating monthly payrolls accurately and in accordance with current labor regulations.
- Handling contract modifications, contract extensions, and formal notifications with public administrations.
- Calculating final settlements, terminations,



and severance payments when employment relationships conclude.
- Processing medical leave certificates, sickness reports, and other Social Security administrative requirements.
