Are you passionate about the yachting industry and skilled in commercial sales? A reputable marine sector company based in Muelle Viejo de Palma is looking for a dedicated Nautical Refit Sales Representative to expand their client portfolio. In this role, you will be based directly at the port in Palma, Mallorca, driving business growth in boat refit and maintenance services.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identifying and acquiring new domestic and international yachting clients
- Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with yacht owners, captains, and management companies
- Managing commercial sales processes for yacht refit, repair, and ongoing maintenance projects
- Representing the company at maritime industry events, boat shows, and networking occasions

What you bring to the role:




- Proven experience in commercial sales and business development
- Solid knowledge of boats, yachts, and marine maintenance processes
- Fluent / very high proficiency in English to comfortably liaise with international clients
- Valid B driving licence, motorcycle licence, and your own vehicle for mobility
- Nautical qualification (PER - Patrón de Embarcaciones de Recreo or higher) is considered a valuable plus

What is offered:
- A permanent full-time employment contract (contrato fijo)
- Fixed gross annual salary of 33,000 EUR plus additional performance-based sales commissions
- Regular working schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00
- A prime working location right at Muelle Viejo de Palma in Mallorca
