A private media and audiovisual production company in Mallorca is seeking a Catalan Language Advisor and Proofreader for its operations in Palma and Calvià. In this role, you will be an essential part of the editorial workflow, ensuring the highest standards of linguistic quality and clarity across all broadcast and written outputs. Responsibilities
- Providing specialized Catalan linguistic guidance and advisory support to journalists and editors.
- Proofreading, editing, and refining broadcast scripts, production texts, and other media documentation.
- Writing and preparing short educational training modules on Catalan language usage for internal staff.
- Ensuring consistency, grammatical accuracy,



and stylistic precision across all published media materials.

Requirements
- A university degree in Catalan Philology (Grado en Filología Catalana).
- An official C2 certificate in Catalan.
- Proven professional experience in linguistic correction, proofreading, or language advisory roles.
- Your own vehicle for commuting between work locations in Palma and Calvià.

What this position offers

- A gross monthly salary of 2,347 EUR, based on the applicable collective bargaining agreement (convenio de ocio educativo).
