In this position, you will be based at a workplace in Palma while also conducting field visits across different locations in Mallorca. Your primary mission will be to guarantee comprehensive support for service users and coordinate appropriate social responses. Your key tasks will include:
- Maintaining continuously updated information regarding the status and situation of each service user.
- Managing, organizing, and coordinating relevant social and community resources.
- Conducting scheduled on‑site visits across various municipalities in Mallorca.




- Ensuring thorough record‑keeping and proactive follow‑up within the scope of community and sociocultural initiatives.

To be considered for this position, you must fulfill the following mandatory requirements:
- University Degree in Social Work (Grado en Trabajo Social).
- A minimum of 12 months (1 year) of professional experience in a social worker role.
- A valid driving licence and your own vehicle (car) for travel across the island.
- Solid capabilities in resource administration, case tracking, and direct user support.

This position offers structured working conditions within the private social sector in Mallorca:
- Permanent employment contract (contrato fijo).
- A gross annual salary of 27,174 EUR.
- Working hours from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:00, and Fridays from 08:00 to 14:30.
- A workplace based in Palma with travel throughout Mallorca.
