We are recruiting for a growing travel company offering group trips, destination experiences, and local activities. The company is seeking a Travel Marketing Consultant to strengthen its online presence, attract more relevant website visitors, and support the development of effective marketing channels. The role is practical and hands-on, covering digital marketing, content, paid activities, and automation with a focus on generating measurable business results.

Tasks:
- Website: Increase qualified traffic to both websites through SEO, content and other relevant digital activities.
- Social Media & Community: Grow the LinkedIn and Instagram communities through consistent content and engagement.
- Newsletter: Develop and manage newsletters to activate contacts and generate recurring traffic and opportunities.
- Paid & Affiliate: Manage and optimize Google Ads, affiliate marketing and other relevant paid acquisition activities.
- Projects: Identify and apply for relevant marketing projects and opportunities, with a focus on generating additional business.
- Automation:



Support the implementation and continuous improvement of marketing automation across relevant activities.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing within the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- High quality awareness and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Available 50% on a daily basis (half-days) and based in a European timezone.
