Hospitals run short on staff every day while shift scheduling is still handled manually by phone and spreadsheets.

Livo Pool
is our marketplace connecting healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors) with hospitals needing urgent shifts filled. You will own this marketplace end-to-end: balancing supply and demand, improving matching, and building
AI agents
that automate manual coordination.

What You’ll Do
- Own the marketplace:
Drive growth, matching speed, and shift fill rates across both sides (workers and hospital managers).
- Ship AI agents:
Design and launch AI agents that automate availability checks, shift dispatch, and matching.
- Run field discovery in Spanish:
Visit hospitals in person to interview nurses, doctors, and HR directors to understand how they actually work.
- Navigate hospital dynamics:
Align with leadership at 3,000-person hospitals without getting slowed down by politics.

- Work directly with founders:
High-autonomy role reporting straight to the CEO.

Must-Haves
- 5 to 10 years as an IC Product Manager
specifically on marketplaces or platforms (matching, liquidity, dispatch).
- Shipped real AI agents or automated workflows
in production (not just slides or prototypes).
- Fluent Spanish
for on-site discovery with Spanish medical staff.
- Startup DNA:
High ownership, humble, and fast-moving (ex-founder or early startup experience is a big plus).
- On-site in Barcelona:
Based in Catalonia, ready to work 4–5 days/week at Passeig de Gràcia.
