As part of our continued growth, we are hiring a Quality BOP Coordinator (m/f/d) to support the quality assurance of Balance of Plant (BoP) works across our projects. In this role, you will coordinate quality control activities, support construction teams and customers, and help ensure that civil, electrical, foundation, and substation works are delivered in accordance with Nordex quality standards.
YOUR TASKS:
- Develop and maintain quality control plans for BoP activities, including project-specific control plans for turnkey projects
- Coordinate and supervise quality control activities during the execution of civil, electrical, foundation, and substation works
- Manage and support external quality resources, including onboarding, training, and performance follow-up
- Conduct audits of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with Nordex quality requirements
- Ensure proper quality documentation and record management throughout construction activities
- Support Project Quality Management, Sales, and Project Management teams on BoP quality-related topics
- Represent the Quality department in cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement activities
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience in BoP, civil works, construction, infrastructure, or similar project environments
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach with a high level of commitment and attention to quality
- Ability to work effectively in teams and in cross-functional, international environments
- Fluent English language skills
- Availability for occasional travel
