As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Incode, you will design and evolve cloud-native infrastructure that supports scalable, secure identity experiences at a general scale. You'll partner with developers to turn complex challenges into automated, reliable systems and help accelerate deployments. Your work underpins fast, trustworthy AI-powered identity verification across financial, government, and consumer platforms. Responsabilidades Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based environments (AWS EKS) for scalability, resilience and security
Drive IaC using Terraform to ensure consistent deployments across clients
Troubleshoot live environments to minimize downtime and maintain customer experiences
Build and optimize observability stacks (Prometheus, Loki,
ELK, Grafana or similar)
Implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and CI/CD using GitHub Actions
Contribute to engineering standards and automation frameworks
Stay updated on AWS and DevOps innovations to improve speed, efficiency and scale
Requisitos principales 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar
Hands-on Kubernetes deployment and management, preferably on AWS EKS
Strong Terraform expertise for automation across environments
Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
Solid knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM)
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
Experience with a Prometheus or VictoriaMetrics-based observability stack
Strong written and verbal communication skills
