In this role you lead transformative innovation initiatives within Hitachi Energy's general Transformers business, shaping the Innovation Focus Area and technology roadmaps. You will drive cross‐functional collaboration, partner with research institutions, and oversee programs that translate market trends into scalable, tech‐enabled solutions. The role blends strategy, development, and execution to deliver high‐impact innovations with responsible governance. Responsabilidades Lead global innovation initiatives and manage the Innovation Focus Area portfolio, including strategy and roadmaps
Drive annual and multi‐year technology plans ensuring resource and budget alignment
Provide strategic direction and hands‐on leadership for technology programs delivered on time and within budget
Oversee resource and financial planning for efficiency and value creation




Foster cross‐functional collaboration to remove barriers and enable execution
Build and manage partnerships with research institutions and external collaborators
Promote design thinking, emerging technologies, and governance standards in innovation
Requisitos principales 10+ years of experience in the transformers industry, including global leadership
Ability to translate market trends into strategic technology roadmaps
