Overview
In this role you will lead packaging automation engineering and design for PepsiCo's Foods network in EMEA, guiding capital projects from greenfield to debottlenecking. You'll drive CoE standards, supervise design and scoping, and partner with manufacturing, commercialization, and JV partners to deliver efficient, scalable packaging solutions. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on engineering leadership to unlock productivity and sustainable improvements at scale. You'll operate across multiple plants and travel internationally to meet business needs.
Responsabilidades Lead design and scoping of major Foods capital projects across ~75 plants and multiple operating units
Provide engineering design expertise and ensure adherence to PepsiCo standards
Support execution teams to deliver strategic projects and optimize packaging operations
Collaborate with Co-Manufacturers and Joint Ventures on project design and implementation
Liaise with commercialization on new go-to-market initiatives (e.g., canister and e-commerce)
Requisitos principales Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
Minimum 5 years in product/process development and programme/project management in FMCG
Deep knowledge of packaging technologies
Strong understanding of process flow and end-of-line technologies
Business acumen across the broader business environment
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Analytical ability to interpret complex data and convey it clearly to non-technical audiences
Cultural sensitivity and flexibility for international work
Self-starter and able to manage uncertainty and complexity
LEAN knowledge advantageous
