You will manage end-to-end production, run structured tests, and build a repository of winning creative insights. Responsabilidades
Define creative strategy and testing roadmap for paid campaigns across all markets and platforms
Translate objectives and audience insights into actionable briefs
Coordinate with local teams to adapt global creative direction to language, culture, and regulations
Own end-to-end production workflow: briefing, design coordination, localization, trafficking




Manage timelines by coordinating with in-house designers and freelancers
Establish repeatable processes (briefing templates, naming conventions, approvals) to reduce bottlenecks
Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across paid channels with clear hypotheses and metrics
Build creative performance reporting (Meta Ads, Tableau, Amplitude) identifying elements driving results
Maintain a creative intelligence repository by market and format
Ensure correct tracking and attribution for creative performance
Monitor fatigue and trigger refresh cycles proactively
Step into hands-on campaign management when needed
Collaborate with Paid Ads, Design, Local Marketing, and Data Analytics teams
