Overview
In this role you will oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and funding for Littelfuse Mexico, ensuring solid banking relationships and compliant treasury operations. You will work closely with regional teams and report to the Shared Service Manager, Littelfuse, México, driving regional treasury initiatives. You will optimize cash management for Maquiladora and Non-Maquiladora entities, assess funding needs, and support month-end close and regulatory reporting. This is a hands-on, cross-border role with real impact on risk management and financial performance.

Responsabilidades
Administer bank accounts for US, Maquiladora and Non-Maquiladora entities; manage signers and maintain records
Monitor bank reconciliations and liquidity for US and Mexican accounts
Oversee cash management for Maquiladora and Non-Maquiladora entities
Minimize financial risk in collaboration with the business




Review funding needs and report treasury activities to senior management
Analyze hedging and funding activities
Manage treasury operations and cash pooling controls
Maintain banking relationships and KYC processes
Drive treasury projects across the region
Monitor regulatory compliance and reporting requirements
Control intercompany transactions within US and Mexican entities
Daily cash management
Support month-end closing with bank and account reconciliations
Review and maintain Kyriba and other data compliance information
Manage payable cash flow for different legal entities
Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
3+ years in treasury roles within manufacturing environments with responsibility for accounting, treasury, and payables/receivables
Experience with FX, liquidity management, and financial instruments
Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures; exper
