Overview
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle to secure competitive, compliant proposals. You will work with Sales, Technical, Legal, and Finance to structure compelling responses that align with business priorities. You will analyze tender documents, drive reviews and approvals, and continuously improve the bid process and assets. You'll contribute to a high-growth, quality-focused environment that values cross-functional collaboration and lessons learned. Responsabilidades Lead and coordinate the full bid lifecycle from qualification to submission
Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams to structure winning responses
Analyze tender documents to extract requirements and define winning strategies
Drive stakeholder communication through reviews,



validations, and approvals
Maintain and evolve the bid library with templates, boilerplates, and reusable assets
Run post-bid reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future bids
Requisitos principales 5–10 years of overall experience, including 2–3 years in Bid Management
High level of English (C1)
Experience in consulting or professional services, ideally in operational excellence, engineering, or digital domains
Proven ability to manage complex bids in fast-paced environments, coordinating diverse contributors
Strong project management, organization, and prioritization capabilities
