Strategic Project Manager, Technical Services Croatia; Spain ; United Kingdom Duetto's most complex global implementations involve multi-property enterprise customers, overlapping time zones, and stakeholders at every level of seniority — and this role is the person who holds it all together.
As Senior Project Manager, Technical Services, you'll orchestrate the strategic delivery of our most complex customer engagements: sequencing workstreams, managing risk, navigating executive relationships, and building the portfolio-level visibility that keeps concurrent projects on track. What Makes Us Different? Duetto is the hospitality industry's leading revenue management platform, founded in 2012 by former Wynn Resorts executives who knew the industry needed better technology.

Trusted by clients ranging from integral chains to independent boutique hotels, we've been named the #1 Revenue Management Software by Hotel Tech Awards four years running and the #1 Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025. Backed by Growth Curve Capital since 2024, we're accelerating our investment in AI — and we're genuinely passionate about the industry we serve. We build products we're proud of, for customers we care about.
