Overview
In this role you will manage major Iberia retail accounts to grow Belkin's market presence across Spain and Portugal. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to align strategies, forecast demand, and optimize performance across product categories. You will drive growth through data-driven planning, nurture long-term relationships with retailers and distributors, and lead market initiatives. This is a high-impact role for shaping Belkin's retail strategy in Iberia and delivering compelling product presentations at trade shows.

Responsabilidades
Develop and maintain relationships with key Iberian retail accounts
Drive growth through strategic planning, forecasting and execution
Identify opportunities to increase sales and market share across product categories
Monitor account performance and KPI achievement
Develop and implement market-specific sales strategies for Iberia
Collaborate with Planning to optimize inventory and fulfillment




Use data to identify new opportunities and assess risks
Monitor consumer trends and suggest product development or expansion
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts based on data and insights
Collaborate with sales, marketing, business unit and operations to align strategies and improve listings and advertising
Share best practices across sales and channel support teams
Travel to trade shows and customer sites for presentations
Champion Belkin products and contribute to a collaborative culture

Requisitos principales 3+ years' experience in Key account management
Consumer Electronics industry background advantageous
Proven success managing retail accounts in Iberia
Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish and English
Experience managing eCommerce platforms is highly desirable
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Willingness to travel
