efficiency, and delivery standards throughout execution Support pitches, proposals, and new business opportunities Continuously improve workflows, briefing structures, templates, and processes Requisitos principales Several years of project management experience in an agency or service-provider Experience with DXP and CMS projects using Magnolia, Optimizely, First Spirit, Sitecore or Storyblok Proficiency with Jira and Confluence Strong communication and facilitation skills in German and English Experience bridging business and tech teams to create shared understanding Knowledge of digital experience platforms, content, UX/design and modern digital ecosystems Ideally PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner or similar PM qualifications strong communicator facilitator cross-functional collaboration Jira Confluence Magnolia
