Overview
In this Marketing role, you drive revenue for the Binax NOW line across South Europe by turning market insights into compelling segmentation, targeting, positioning, pricing and campaigns. You will work closely with Medical Affairs, SSL, and Sales to support sustainable growth and launch excellence. The role blends market understanding, demand generation, and sales enablement to influence pricing, health economics, and market access initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape how Abbotts diagnostic solutions reach customers and improve patient outcomes at scale. You will join a cross-functional, impact-driven team focused on delivering value in a dynamic healthcare landscape.

Responsabilidades
Own the win/loss loop for the line, including debriefs, quarterly segmentation reviews, and alignment with Sales and Country Managers
Support pricing strategy and value communication by segment,



including price corridors and margin awareness
Contribute to health economics and market access initiatives with Medical Affairs, SSL, and Business Development
Develop and pursue new segments and channels for the line in collaboration with Distributor Management
Engage with customers and regional KOLs to gather VOC and inform strategy
Develop and execute the South Europe marketing strategy for Binax NOW and third-party products aligned with general/EMEA priorities
Identify growth opportunities via market analysis, segmentation insights, and competitive intelligence
Plan and run campaigns, digital initiatives, events, and educational programs; localize materials for Iberia and Italy
Requisitos principales Degree in marketing, business or life sciences; scientific literacy required
5 to 8 years in marketing in diagnostics or medical technology, including product marketing and market access
Experience with revenue and margin metrics;
