- We're launching a new team dedicated to modernizing and expanding one of our customer-facing tools — and we're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build it from the ground up
- This isn't a legacy product handoff: you'll be joining at the very start, shaping both the technical direction and the team culture from day one
- The current stack is Vue.Js on the frontend and Python on the backend, but we're planning a migration to .NET in the near future
- As the senior engineer, you'll take a leading role in architecture decisions, technical direction, and mentoring as the team grows
- You'll be one of the founding members of a brand-new team, led by our Tech Team Lead
- We're actively growing the team and expect to bring on a Product Manager and one additional Engineer alongside you
- This means you'll have real influence over how the team is structured, how we work, and the technical foundations we build on — it's a rare chance to help define a team's culture and practices from the very beginning, rather than stepping into something already set




- Developing and maintaining applications, including front‐end interfaces, back‐end services, and databases
- Contributing to the architecture, design and implementation of new features and improvements
- Implementing best practices for code quality, testing and deployment automation
- Ensuring high‐quality software through active participation in code reviews
- Actively engaging in sprint retrospectives, refinements, daily stand‐ups, and other team processes
- Taking full ownership of the products and solutions you develop, eliminating bugs early in the process through TDD/BDD and other tests
- Leveraging AI‐assisted development tools and workflows to increase engineering velocity, while maintaining code quality and rigor
- Sharing knowledge and supporting fellow developers, QA professionals, and support teams
- Supporting team leaders with your expertise and assist in customer meetings
- Owning CI/CD pipelines t
