You act as a trusted advisor, blending commercial leadership with process automation and value-based consulting to create phased roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes today and prepare plants for tomorrow. You shape industrial context with technical specialists so data is understandable, reusable, and valuable across applications, sites, and teams.

Own opportunities from discovery to closure including value proposition, risk assessment, proposals, and negotiation
Mobilize the full ecosystem around a coherent vision and execution plan
Build trusted-advisor relationships by communicating complex concepts to operational, engineering and executive audiences
Drive disciplined commercial execution using CRM data and opportunity governance
Requisitos principales Seven+ years in industrial automation projects, technical sales, consulting, business development or strategic account management
Technical background in industrial automation, control systems or related engineering discipline
Working knowledge of PLC/RTU modernization, DCS/SCADA, ESD and industrial software; familiarity with open/software-defined automation
Knowledge of Level 3 and optimization apps (OTS, APC, MES, Batch) is a plus
Awareness of industrial cybersecurity and NIS2, with ability to discuss secure
