About the RoleJoin the sales team at a seed-stage AI customer communications company. You'll run high-volume inbound demos for an AI phone assistant, manage deals from first contact through close, and help improve the sales process as the business grows.What You'll DoRun 8 to 16 qualified inbound discovery and product demo calls each day, with no cold outreach.Own the sales cycle from initial contact through closing and work toward monthly and quarterly targets.Manage warm leads, follow up promptly, and keep CRM records and pipeline information up to date.Coordinate smooth handovers to Customer Success after deals close.Share customer feedback with Marketing and contribute to sales forecasting.Work with teammates to improve the sales process.What We're Looking ForAt least one year of B2B SaaS sales experience,



including end-to-end deal closing; startup or scale-up experience is a plus.A track record of closing deals through a structured sales funnel and experience with high-volume inbound demos.Strong product and technical understanding for a technology-enabled sales process.Native-level German and confidence leading phone conversations and product demos.Comfort owning quota, managing leads and follow-ups, maintaining CRM hygiene, and collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive OTE of €70,000 to €120,000 annually, with a base salary and uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available.LocationOn-site in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Hybrid work is possible.
