Foundation is an AI visibility marketing agency that drives pipeline growth for mid-market and enterprise B2B tech and SaaS companies. We help our clients generate pipeline through content engineered to distribute across LLMs, search, social, communities like Reddit, and every channel their buyers actually use.Mission of this RoleThe Reddit Content Manager sits between client accounts and the writers doing the work. You keep every account staffed, hold the quality line on what ships, and grow the writers on your team. You own content quality across your accounts, and you are the last read before work reaches a client. You will make staffing calls without full information, back your team when the work gets questioned, and make your writers better rather than doing it for them.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Resourcing Across Your AccountsAssign writers to accounts on capacity and client fitTrack writer activity and quality,
