Overview
In this role you will drive upsell opportunities within existing Small Accounts to grow revenue and deepen customer value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop account plans and execute the full sales cycle in a consultative way. You’ll negotiate with senior-level executives and provide reliable forecasts to leadership. This role offers a chance to shape how we expand within a growing European SaaS business and impact customer success at scale.

Responsabilidades
Manage upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing Small Accounts
Develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed sales quotas
Guide customers through the decision process across the full sales cycle




Negotiate with C-Suite and VP-level executives to secure upsell deals
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Leadership to ensure optimal service for clients
Provide accurate activity and revenue forecasts to sales leadership
Requisitos principales
~1–2 years of closing deals
~ Fluent in French and professional English
~ Strong communication and rapid empathy with people
~ Proactive, owning each activity and contributing ideas
~ Hungry, persistent hunter-farmer mentality
~ Experience in full cycle B2B sales and SMB dealing is a bonus (bonus points)
