Experteer Overview As Marketing Administration Executive, you enable smooth regional marketing operations across France, Spain and Portugal. You act as the backbone of the Southwestern Europe team, coordinating administrative processes, budgets and supplier payments while ensuring compliance and efficient delivery. You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Legal and external partners to support growth and an impactful customer experience. This role offers exposure to diverse marketing activities within a fast-paced international team and the chance to improve processes and stakeholder workflows.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Coordinate creation, tracking and renewal of marketing contracts with proper approvals
- Raise and track purchase orders in France, Spain and Portugal within budgets
- Process and monitor marketing invoices with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain budget trackers, reconciliations and reporting for spend visibility
- Support procurement and supplier onboarding activities
- Coordinate marketing-related compliance information across France,

- Organise and maintain marketing files, records and trackers
