Experteer Overview In this role you help drive accurate, timely accounts payable operations across the EMEA region as MiniMed transitions to an independent, publicly traded company. You will work closely with the BPO provider and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant AP processing, issue resolution, and smooth payment cycles. You’ll contribute to month-end close support, reconciliations, and continuous process improvements within a cross-functional P2P team. - Execute end-to-end AP activities for the EMEA region in SAP, including invoice posting, payment processing, and vendor account reconciliations
- Coordinate with the BPO provider to maintain on-time processing and resolve exceptions
- Investigate and resolve escalated invoice discrepancies, blocked invoices, and vendor queries
- Support payment cycles in line with internal controls, policies, and SLAs
- Maintain oversight of vendor accounts and AP aging, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding items
- Serve as primary AP contact during regional business hours to ensure continuity of service
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, vendors,



and the BPO to resolve issues and improve flow
- Monitor AP performance metrics and identify process gaps for improvement
- Update SOPs and process documentation to reflect current regional requirements
- Provide day-to-day guidance within the AP team and with key partners
- Participate in system enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives affecting AP/P2PResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5-7 years' experience in accounts payable or procure to pay, preferably in a shared service center
- Experience in AP, P2P, or finance operations
- Experience in shared services or outsourced BPO environments
- Hands-on experience with SAP or a similar ERP system
- Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes, controls, and reconciliations
- Experience supporting month-end close and AP reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
