Experteer Overview Lead a Madrid-based chapter of engineers inside ING’s Private Cloud, shaping scalable, secure platform services for thousands of engineers. You will balance people leadership with hands-on engineering insight, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture and aligning capabilities with business goals. You’ll contribute to strategic initiatives and mentor talent while supporting critical transformation efforts. - 10+ years of technical IT infrastructure experience
- Fluent English (C1)
