- Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related technical field
- 7-10 years in manufacturing operations management
- Proven plant management experience across manufacturing, engineering, quality, safety, supply chain, finance, HR, and purchasing
- Mandatory certifications in OSHA, ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Robust business and financial acumen including budget ownership and Pu0026L
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
