We're a small, fast-moving team building something new from scratch.The roleYou’ll own and grow two things: a portfolio of high-growth tech clients and our partner ecosystem (EOR and payroll platforms, HR tech, insurers and financial partners). A commercial role with real ownership and revenue targets, working directly with the founders.What you’ll doManage a portfolio of tech clients and grow revenue through upsell, cross-sell and expansionSpot growth signals and churn risk in your accounts, and lead data-driven QBRsOwn relationships with our partners: onboarding, enablement and joint go-to-marketGrow partner-sourced revenue through referrals, co-selling and joint eventsNegotiate renewals,
