Summary Of The Job The Project and Innovation Manager, Holcim+Concrete acts as the key liaison between product development teams and country stakeholders to ensure successful solution design, build and deployment of Holcim+ Concrete. The Project and Innovation Manager plays a crucial role as * RMX expert within the Product team * key point of contact for Countries team for product and RMX process related questions Main Activities / Responsibilities Innovation and product design * Participating to product vision elaboration as well a development priorisation * in charge of overseeing product features developments (incremental changes as well as bigger design changes) * Main point of contact with UX/UI team of the product to co-design product and features and validate changes * In the rollout process, for each new country, acting as product expert on existing features and possible configuration.
