Experteer Overview In this hands-on role, you lead a large, diverse team to keep demand pace across your area while ensuring safety and quality. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to standardise shift processes, drive productivity, and address challenges in a dynamic, general operations environment. You will analyse data to identify improvements and partner with engineers to discuss technical trade-offs.
